Therapy for Therapists

For therapists who understand their patterns but want something deeper to shift.

A reflective space to explore your inner experience without supervision, performance, or pressure to have it figured out.

Therapy that supports you in deeper work

Many therapists come to their own therapy not because they lack insight or skills, but because they have a great deal of both and still find themselves stuck in familiar internal patterns. You may understand the dynamics intellectually, recognize where they come from, and even teach others how to work with them. And yet inside, certain responses remain stubbornly unchanged.

You might notice self-criticism that persists despite years of reflection, relational patterns that repeat even as you name them, or emotional reactions that feel out of proportion to the present moment. There can be a quiet frustration in knowing what’s happening but not feeling different in your body or inner world. For many therapists, this gap between understanding and lived change is what finally brings them into therapy- not as professionals seeking consultation, but as people wanting something deeper to shift.

This work is for therapists who are drawn to deep inner exploration precisely because surface-level insight and skills have already taken them as far as they can go.

You already know the basics

Therapy for therapists begins with the assumption that you already know how to analyze patterns, regulate emotion, and hold complexity. Rather than building more strategies or offering new frameworks, our work focuses on creating the conditions where deeper change can actually take root.

We slow down enough to pay attention to how familiar patterns live in your body, your relationships, and your inner dialogue, not just how they make sense conceptually. Often, what feels stuck isn’t a lack of awareness, but a part of you that learned something important long ago and hasn’t yet been met at the level where change becomes possible.

My role isn’t to direct, teach, or interpret from a distance. It’s to sit with you in a way that allows what you already know to be integrated more fully- emotionally, relationally, and somatically. Over time, many therapists find that patterns they’ve long understood begin to soften, not because they’ve tried harder to change them but because they’re finally being engaged in a different way.

This work isn’t about becoming a better therapist. It’s about developing a more honest, compassionate relationship with your own inner experience so the understanding you already carry can actually be lived.

This work may be a good fit if:

  • You’re a therapist who understands your patterns intellectually, but still feels caught in them emotionally or relationally

  • You’ve spent years developing skills and insight, yet notice certain responses haven’t changed in the ways you hoped

  • You feel drawn to deeper inner work because strategies, tools, and skills haven’t reached what feels most stuck

  • You carry a strong sense of responsibility and attunement to others and struggle to offer the same care inward

  • You want a space where you don’t have to explain therapy, teach, or perform competence

  • You’re interested in a slower, reflective process that allows understanding to become lived rather than just known
